Even if you've never tried it before, we encourage you to do so with this experienced outfitter. Here's a quick rundown for the uninitiated:

The season typically runs from "snowmelt" in spring through September, depending on the climate, with more reliable weather and temperature conditions June, July and August.
Getting wet is part of the fun, but comfort can be maximized with wet suits and the proper clothing (for quick dry off times).
Your guide should be highly trained and easy to work with. Safety is paramount but that doesn't mean you can't have a thrilling trip. The best guides are well versed not only in rafting but also in the flora and fauna of the area, features of historical interest and more.
What rating should you look for? If this is a family holiday, stick with Class II and III trips. If you're looking to move out of your comfort zone a bit, consider a Class IV trip to start with.
